When something does not land.
Fragrance is personal. If a bottle does not work on your skin, you have fourteen days from delivery to return it for a full refund — provided the seal is intact and the bottle is more than 90% full.
Not eligible
Opened parfums and extraits (concentrates lose protected status the moment they are uncapped), special-order vintages, and concierge trial trios already accepted.
How
Reply to your order email or message us on WhatsApp +20 100 000 0000. We arrange a courier pickup at no charge. Refunds land within 5 business days of the bottle reaching us.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the carton before opening it. Send us the image within 24 hours and we replace the bottle from the next available batch, no questions asked.
