How a bottle travels.

We despatch from our Zamalek atelier twice a week. All postage is documented, insured for full retail value, and arrives sealed in the original house outer. Most Cairo and Alexandria addresses are reached within 48 hours; the rest of Egypt within 72.

Inside Cairo + Alexandria

Hand-delivered or couriered, your choice. EGP 70 flat. Free over EGP 4,000. Same-day delivery available for Zamalek, Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, and Maadi when ordered before 14h.

Rest of Egypt

Per-governorate pricing (set at checkout). 48–72 hour delivery via Aramex. Free over EGP 4,000.

GCC and international

Available on request via DHL. We will draft a customs invoice for your destination and quote shipping within 24 hours.

Packaging

Every bottle ships in the original house outer, wrapped in archival tissue, set inside a Gharam carton with a hand-stamped folio card. Discreet on the outside; in-house on the inside.
